By accessing, using, or browsing the Application, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

If, after reading the terms and conditions, you do not agree to be bound by them, you must immediately exit the Application and cease all use, access, or browsing. Continuing to use the Application after being presented with these terms constitutes your acceptance of the Agreement and any updates or changes that may be made from time to time.
This User Agreement (the "Agreement") is a contract between you ("You") and Sawtak ("App" "Company," "We").
This Agreement outlines the use of the Sawtak Application (referred to as "Apps" interchangeably). It governs the relationship between the users of the Application ("Users") and the Company, setting forth the general rules and expectations for all parties involved.
This Agreement is a license agreement between You (the licensee) and the Company (the licensor). The Company grants You the right to use the Application interface and its software features, enabling you to share and reproduce the information that you and other Users place within the Application during communication. This Agreement is effective for the entire duration of your use of the Application.
The Agreement does not permit sublicensing. You are not allowed to transfer any of your rights under this Agreement to third parties.
This Agreement, along with its components, contains essential terms, including our obligations to you. By logging into the Application, using, or viewing its content, you acknowledge your acceptance of all the terms outlined in this Agreement. We strongly encourage you to read these terms carefully. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please exit the Application and cease using it immediately.
You are eligible to enter into this Agreement and use the Application if you meet the following requirements:
- You are fully competent and in a sound state of mind.
- You are over 18 years of age and have reached the legal age of adulthood in your country.
When registering for the Application, you will be required to create a personal account.
As part of personalizing your account, you can change your avatar or profile picture at any time through your personal account settings in the Application. We encourage users to select images that accurately represent themselves and adhere to community guidelines. It is strictly prohibited to use someone else’s photo or any misleading image as your profile picture. Doing so may result in your profile picture being flagged as misleading, and repeated violations could lead to account suspension or other penalties.
We reserve the right to request additional information from you regarding your age, name, and other registration details. If you refuse to provide this information, we reserve the right to terminate the Agreement and prohibit your continued use of the Application.
During the registration process, you will be asked to create a password and provide certain account details that will allow you to access our Application and services. You agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account details.
The Sawtak Application serves as a platform for communication between users. The Company does not provide guarantees or services regarding the quality or stability of the Application’s performance and does not interfere with communications between users. However, users must adhere to general content guidelines and comply with this Agreement.
3.2. User Content
As a user, you may upload and share your content through the
Application ("User Content"). You understand that by using our Apps
and/or Services, you may be exposed to offensive, indecent, or
objectionable content. We have no control over User Content and make no
guarantees regarding its quality, accuracy, or completeness. The Company
is not responsible for monitoring or filtering any User Content.

Your voluntary engagement through this platform constitutes acknowledgment that you participate as a legally competent adult. You retain full autonomy over your interactions and assume complete accountability for all activities conducted through the service - including transmitted content, communications, and conduct.
Through account creation, you affirm that platform usage complies with jurisdictional regulations in your territory. Should local statutes prohibit or restrict specific interaction types, you must implement necessary self-regulation to maintain legal conformity. When uncertain about permitted conduct, consult qualified legal professionals for jurisdictional guidance.
Simultaneously, you declare that platform engagement aligns with your nation's ethical norms. Violations of these standards and their resultant consequences remain exclusively your responsibility.
We disclaim any responsibility or liability for the quality, accuracy, or reliability of user-generated material shared or posted within the Application. This includes, but is not limited to, text, images, videos, and any other form of media shared within the Application.
The opinions, views, and statements expressed by users within the Application are solely the personal perspectives of those users and do not reflect the official position or endorsement of the Application or its organization.
Sawtak is fully committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all users, and we have a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAE) or content that exploits or harms minors. The creation, distribution, or sharing of CSAE in any form is strictly prohibited on our platform. We do not tolerate any content that promotes or depicts the sexual exploitation of children, and such material will be promptly removed from the platform.
By using Sawtak, you agree not to upload, share, or engage in any activities that involve CSAE or any content that could potentially harm minors. If you encounter any content that violates this policy, we encourage you to report it immediately. Sawtak works closely with law enforcement agencies to ensure that any illegal activities are swiftly addressed. Any user found in violation of this policy will face immediate action, including the suspension or termination of their account, and may be subject to legal consequences.
Sawtak offers certain premium features and services that require payment, referred to as "Paid Services." By purchasing to these Paid Services, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected services. The details of these services will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. All payments for Paid Services are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law or stated in our refund policy.
You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and security of your payment information. Sawtak reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Paid Services at its discretion, with prior notice when necessary.
All intellectual property related to Sawtak, including any future updates, enhancements, or new versions, remains our exclusive property. Unless otherwise specified in these Terms, you do not have permission to use our intellectual property. This includes, but is not limited to, trademarks, product names, logos, domain names, and other identifying brand elements, all of which require our written consent for usage.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide regarding Sawtak are entirely voluntary. We reserve the right to use such feedback as we see fit, without any obligation to compensate you or provide other considerations.
You are prohibited from copying, modifying, reverse compiling, reverse engineering, or extracting source code from Sawtak, except where permitted by law or with our prior written consent. If the law allows you to reverse compile or extract source code, you must first contact us to request the necessary information.
We take extensive measures to ensure your data is securely stored and protected against unauthorized access, as well as against unauthorized processing, copying, or deletion of personal information. Your personal data will not be shared with third parties, except as outlined in this Agreement or our Privacy Policy.
You are prohibited from transferring access to your account or sharing your login credentials with any third party. In the event of unauthorized access, hacking, or any loss of account access, you must immediately inform the Company.
The Company does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability
of the Application. Maintenance may be suspended at any time, with or
without prior notice.
As the Application evolves, we reserve the right to make changes or
updates at any time, which may affect its functionality. These
modifications may occur without notice or compensation.
We may update this User Agreement periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal obligations, or other important factors. As such, we encourage you to review this User Agreement regularly to stay informed of any modifications. Whenever we make significant changes, we will clearly indicate the effective date of the updated User Agreement so that you can easily identify when the changes have occurred.
By continuing to use Sawtak after these changes have been made to the User Agreement, whether or not you have been notified, you agree to be bound by the updated User Agreement. It is important to note that your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree with the updated User Agreement or any changes made, you have the right to delete your account and cease using our services at any time.
